Secure Transactions: All transactions are processed via verified, encrypted
payment gateways. biSalam does not store full card details on its servers.
Fraud Prevention: biSalam reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account
involved in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
Third-Party Disclaimer: biSalam collaborates with licensed Umrah agencies and
service providers. It shall not be held liable for any act or omission by third parties.
System Maintenance: biSalam strives for uninterrupted service but may
temporarily suspend access during maintenance or upgrades.

Islamic business ethics. All disputes fall under Malaysian jurisdiction.
